Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) such as Redjo Mas Plastik play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, it is important for SMEs to continue to grow and strengthen their position in the market. The purpose of this writing is to formulate a sustainable marketing strategy for SME Redjo Mas Plastik. The method used in this research is Porter’s Five Forces analysis, namely by analyzing the bargaining power of buyers, suppliers, as well as various threats that may be faced. steps that must be taken: First, conducting a Situation Analysis, second, setting appropriate Marketing Objectives, third, Identifying Target Markets, fourth, developing the Marketing Mix, fifth, Implementing Marketing Strategy. Based on the results of the analysis, several appropriate marketing strategies can be formulated, such as, Offers attractive promotional programs, such as discounts and bonuses. Providing flexible payment terms to customers. Provide a guarantee to customers if there are damage/defects to the product. In conclusion, Redjo Mas Plastik UKM has great potential for significant growth. However, to achieve success, these SMEs need an effective and sustainable marketing strategy.
