Abstract

This integrated service is an activity carried out by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Surabaya in processing the convenience of the community and Hajj Organizers starting from the application to the document issuance process which is carried out by one place. Integrated services of the Surabaya Ministry Office in improving services in collaboration with Panin Syariah Bank & CIMB Niaga Syariah which are engaged in providing financial management services for pilgrims' deposits. This study aims to determine the form of innovation in the service of pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion City of Surabaya in improving the process of implementing One Stop Integrated services. This study uses a qualitative method. The object of research is the Ministry of Religion City of Surabaya. Collection techniques include, Interview Observation, and Documentation. The research uses applies innovation using Suryani's theory (2008) and can be concluded to improve service strategies. Based on the alternative strategy, the Ministry of Religion of the City of Surabaya continues to innovate and socialize about service programs that have been provided for the convenience of the community and pilgrims
