The Urgency of Public Communication Services Regarding Human Rights Violations at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in East Java. The Ministry of Law and Human Rights of East Java is one of the government agencies tasked with providing services to the community in the field of Law and Human Rights. The services provided by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in East Java are specifically in the Human Rights sector, namely Community Communication Services (Yankomas). Community Communication Service is a facility with a working system to receive public complaints related to human rights violations and help the community to provide solutions to the problems complained of. So that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia established Permenkumham Number 32 of 2016 concerning Public Communication Services on Human Rights Issues with the aim of showing the form of government participation in responding to human rights and as a support to improve the quality of public communication services in the area of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. East Java. The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative, then uses the theory of public service proposed by Lijan Poltak Sinambela (2008: 5). It also uses the theory of Ridwan and Sodik Sudrajat (2009: 22).
