Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic. Facing this problem, the government has allocated a budget to respond to this epidemic. Such as direct cash assistance (BLT) services that have recently been provided to the community. The success of a program can be determined based on the level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries. Satisfaction and dissatisfaction is a form of community response to the mismatch between expectations and reality felt by the community. This study aims to determine the effect of direct cash transfer services (BLT) on the community satisfaction index. The main problem in this study is that the researchers found that the quality of service was not entirely good for the community satisfaction index. In this research, the method used is quantitative method with associative method which aims to describe the object of research or research results through data or samples, the data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires. The method in this research uses a simple linear regression method with an Fcount of 23.480 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, then the quality of public services (X) affects the community satisfaction index (Y). Statistically, it shows that the direct cash transfer (BLT) service has a significant effect on the community satisfaction index.
