The problem of managing e-KTP in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City has many pros and cons regarding the services provided. Because the services provided are still not good regarding procedures for procedures for managing e-KTP. Starting from the recording in data processing and the tools that sometimes experience technical problems, limited printing of e-KTP, as well as the required blank capacity. This causes long queues for management. This type of research uses a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach method, then produces descriptive data, then produces descriptive data, namely written or spoken words from people and observed behavior. Subsequently, a conclusion is drawn about the meaning of the issue. The results of the research show that the quality of service applied has provided quite optimal performance results in Tambaksari District, Surabaya City. Therefore, by increasing the quality of service, good service is also built. With the problems faced that people have not fully mastered this increasingly sophisticated technology. Therefore, there is a technology-based online service.
