Implementasi Aplikasi Sistem Kesejahteraan Sosial Next Generation Geographic Information System dalam Pemutakhiran Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (Studi di Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur)

Abstract

The world has progressed quite rapidly, especially in the technology and communication sector. The development of technology and information is useful for making it easier for humans to exchange information, so that the exchange of information becomes faster and more information is conveyed even though it stretches over long distances. The development of technology and communication is also very beneficial for the public sector, especially in Indonesia, the application of technology and communication is often referred to as electronic government or e-Government. The application of e-government is one way for the government to provide excellent service. The implementation of e-government in Indonesia is starting to vary, one of which is to overcome the problem of updating data for the underprivileged that often appears in Indonesia. This can happen because the state apparatus does not understand how e-government works in updating data. The process of updating data by utilizing e-government is by verifying and validating data using the Next Generation Geographic Information System Social Welfare System application. Based on the results of the research conducted, that the implementation of the SIKS-NG GIS application in updating DTKS produces data that is in accordance with the conditions of KPM in the field. It can be concluded that the problem that often arises in the implementation process is that the data in the SIKS-NG GIS application in the form of the NIK of the Beneficiary Family is not in accordance with the data in the field, causing the data to not synergize. Errors when proposing DTKS that caused a lot of data that was not suitable and invalid in the SIKS-NG GIS and DTKS application systems.
