Analisis Framing Terhadap Pemberitaan Larangan Aksi Reuni 212 oleh Suarariau.id, Tagar.id dan CNN Indonesia

Abstract

Every news presented by online media to the audience does not merely describe the reality that actually happened. However, the news has gone through many processes of formation to become a complete news, which is considered worthy of being presented to a wide audience. Suarariau.id, Tagar.id and CNN Indonesia are some examples of the many online media out there that present news about the ban on the 212 reunion action. This study uses qualitative descriptive research method, in which the findings in this study do not go through statictical procedures but emphasize the interpretation and understanding of the meaning of an event. The Objects chosen were the online media Suarariau.id, Tagar.id and CNN Indonesia, while the subjects studies were the news about the ban on the 212 reunion. The theory used in this research is Robert Entman's Framing Analysis Theory. Through the four concepts of Robert Entman's Framing Analysis, the research will consist of defining source of the problem, making moral decision and emphasizing the resolution carried out by the media Suarariau.id, Tagar.id and CNN Indonesia related to the ban of 212 reunion action.
