Abstract

The PLN Power Gen program is one of the activities in the creative field, the purpose of which is to shape the behavior of participants through creative activities. The PLN power generation program is expected to change the behavior of the community and the behavior of the millennial generation who are still learning about their behavior as content creators. The qualitative descriptive approach in this study was based on the intention of the researcher to describe, explain and answer in detail the problems encountered in Power Gen PLN PT. What are the expectations of the public in Java, Madura and Bali for the work of professional content creators. , This can be seen in the programs offered when presenting information and in the ability of content creators to put messages into words worth listening to and in practice they are still young to maximize and exploit learning and to identify and explore potential. This is one of the interesting communicative works on the formation of the individuality and creative personality of the participants. In addition, these activities are also supported by the availability of good infrastructure and responsive to the needs of the participants.
