Abstract

The development of the era demands that humans are more intelligent and careful in using social media, social media with current world developments is the main reference in all things, one of which is the use of Instagram social media as an increase in sales volume, research entitled the use of the @sarwikopi isntagram account in increasing sales formulates formulating a problem What is the role of the Sarwi Kopi shop's Instagram account in increasing sales?. The purpose of the study was to find out how the role of Sarwi Kopi's Instagram account in increasing sales. This research uses descriptive analysis qualitative research method.The results of the study show that Instagram accounts are currently the right social media as promotional materials and information in increasing sales. The sarwikopi shop has seriously improved after using Instagram as a promotional medium from 2018 until now.
