This study aims to be able to dig deeper into the messages contained in the news text and also to analyze the content of the news about Jokowi's data leak to the public on the online
media Tempo.co September 3-5 edition by using the content analysis approach of Harold D. Laswell. The theory used is the agenda setting theory with qualitative methods and uses data
analysis techniques to define the object to be analyzed and also highlight the meaning of the word or sentence of the news under study. The results of the research and discussion on
Content Analysis of Jokowi's Personal Data Leakage to the Public, it can be concluded that from the Agenda Setting Theory by Maxwell McCombs and Donald Shaw news of Jokowi's
private data leak to the public raises a media agenda as a Gatekeeper. From the media agenda, it will influence the public agenda. Issues raised by the media agenda continue to roll into hot issues that are always discussed by the public. After the public agenda rolls, it ends up being a policy agenda where there will be demands for the government to deal with the issue.
