Abstract

The purpose of this research activity is to determine whether there is a positive and significant
influence of interpersonal communication variables on the work motivation of PT. Inti Perkasa
Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study uses a
simple linear regression analysis technique. The number of subjects in this study were 67
respondents who were employees. Correlation test results obtained Pearson correlation value
is 0.512. The coefficient (R Square) is 0.263 which implies that the influence of the independent
variable (X) on the variable (Y) is 26.3 and the rest is influenced by other variables. So it can
be concluded that, the influence of interpersonal communication on the work motivation of
employees of PT. Inti Perkasa Indonesia is proven by the arithmetic value (t) = 4.811 with a
significance value of 0.000 < 0.01, then Ho is Rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that
there is a real influence between interpersonal communication variables (X) on work
motivation variables (Y).
