Abstract

Media convergence is a form of merging one medium with one other media and then becoming
one. One of them is podcasts. Podcast is an acronym for iPod and Broadcast, podcasts born
from the merger of conventional radio media that are integrated with online networks.
Podcasts can be found on the Noice and Spotify platforms with various themes, one of which
is the Box2Box Football Podcast which carries the theme of football. Box2Box Football
Podcast born Pangeran Siahaan, Tyo Prasetyo Wicaksono, and Coach Justinus Lhaksana.
Pangeran Siahaan then formed Box2Box Indonesia as podcast management in Indonesia. The
purpose of this study was to find out how Box2Box Indonesia's Public Relations Strategy in
Building Brand Awareness Box2Box Football Podcast. This study uses the interview method
Public Relations Box2Box Indonesia and the Head of Content Box2Box Football Podcast,
research Box2Box Indonesia and Box2Box Football Podcast, and documentation Box2Box
Indonesia and Box2Box Football Podcast. Furthermore, this research uses descriptive
qualitative research methods, with the results of Box2Box Indonesia's research in building
brand awareness. Box2Box Football Podcast uses public relations management work theory
quotes from Scoot M Cultip and Allan Center with 4 stages, namely research, planning,
communication and evaluation.
