Abstract

A good image and trust in the eyes of consumers is one of the most important things for the
success of a company. Moreover, in the current information age, the role of public relations in
building a positive image is indispensable. This relates to the satisfaction of a customer who
believes in a company. Jaco Tv Shopping company which also prioritizes and maintains its
image in order to achieve customer satisfaction. A person's assessment of a company obtained
from various sources of information so as to increase customer satisfaction. This study aims to
determine how the relationship between corporate image and the level of satisfaction of Jaco
Tv Shopping East Java customers. This research was conducted using quantitative research
methods and using a post positivist approach in developing knowledge and using research
strategies such as surveys and experiments that require statistical data. Meanwhile, for data
collection, researchers used a questionnaire or questionnaire.
