Abstract

CV. Hartono Jaya Lamongan is a company that stands in the field of tobacco storage
warehouses that take advantage of the potential of tobacco in the city of Lamongan. This
problem occurs when graduates from formal educational institutions may not be able to work
directly in accordance with the parts required by the company. The quality of various
educational institutions at the same level also varies greatly so that at the beginning of entering
the world of work there are often discrepancies in the parts given by new employees so that it
can hinder the achievement of the desired goals. The sorting, processing, storage process is
carried out by employees who have received HR training provided by the company. HR
training is very important for employee performance because it adds knowledge and adds to
the skills acquired, making it easier for employees to do work according to the targets given
by the company.
