Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of personal selling, commitment, and trust on
the loyalty of PT. Nobel Audiology Center Surabaya. This tipe of research used a descriptive
quantitative methods, the data collection used in this research purpose sampling techniques
and a sample of 96 respondents as one of the data sources. This study used descriptive analysis
tools of classical assumption test, homepage regression analysis and followed with t test, f test,
R test and R2 test. The results obtained from this research are that personal selling has a
positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Commitment has a positive and significant
effect on customer loyalty. Trust has proven to have a positive and significant effect on
customer loyalty. In the end, the variables of personal selling, commitment and trust together
have a significant influence on the loyalty of PT. Nobel Audiology Center Surabaya.
