In connection with the development of the business world today, there are many
products and services that have emerged offering various advantages and characteristics of
each. With this choice situation, consumers also have increasinglyfierce competition in the
business world. In realizing this interest, Warkop Rocklaw seeks to find ways to satisfy
consumers. Given the importance of consumer satisfaction, the authors are interested in
conducting research on the effect ofservice quality and price on consumer satisfaction at
Warung Rocklaw in Surabaya.This study aims to analyze the effect of Service Quality and
Price on Consumer Satisfaction at Warung Rocklaw in Surabaya, both individually and
collectively. . From the results of the analysis of the t test and F test, it appears that there is a
significant influence between Service Quality and Price at Warung Rocklaw Surabaya, both
individually and in groups.
