Abstract

Judging from the lifestyle of the Indonesian people, the phenomenon that occurs is that
people spend more time relaxing. This makes coffee shops, restaurants, and various other
culinary tours develop quite rapidly. Sidoarjo currently has many culinary tours, especially in
the DPR Lot which is considered to have a strategic atmosphere in the middle of the city and
is also comfortable, so it is the right place to relax. One of the things that is considered to be
able to win the competition is to make something interesting. Therefore, this study will further
analyze the influence of Store Atmosphere, Taste and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction
on a Sehari Sekopi in Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative method, using an online
questionnaire via Google Form. The population in this study is a day of coffee consumers. This
study used purposive sampling method and determined 100 respondents to be used as samples.
The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained
from the data analysis test in this study prove that the store atmosphere, taste and quality of
service have a significant influence on customer satisfaction.
