Pengaruh Kreativitas dan Kompetensi Wirausaha terhadap Daya Saing Usaha pada UMK Dolly Saiki Point

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the tools of the national struggle to grow and develop the national economy. But unfortunately, many MSMEs cannot develop and last a long time because of their lack of competitiveness. In this study, the authors conducted research related to the influence of Entrepreneurial Creativity and Competence on Business Competitiveness. The object of this research is the center of UMK Dolly Saiki Point. The research method used is quantitative method with saturated sampling technique, where all the population is sampled. The data source used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to business actors who are members of the Dolly Saiki Point program as research respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that from the t-test and F-test conducted, it appears that the variables of Creativity and Entrepreneurial Competence partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Business Competitiveness at the Dolly Saiki Point UMK center. To increase Entrepreneurial Creativity and Competence, business actors can do this by continuously trying new things, reading a lot, attending workshops, and asking more experts.
