Abstract

Payment instruments in Indonesia are growing very rapidly. As human needs increase, society develops
a more efficient medium of exchange, namely money. Cash provides convenience in transactions.
However, this is in line with the development of technology and communication that affects the
development of the world economy. The use of money is not practical enough and it is difficult to carry
large amounts of money. The fintech service that is currently growing rapidly is a digital wallet or e -
wallet. etc. E-Wallet allows users to save money in the application and can be used for transactions at
online and offline merchants. Two of the most popular e-wallets among the public today are Ovo and
Link Aja. Research on the OVO and Link Aja applications uses quantitative methods. The purpose of
this study was to determine the differences in the variables of Perceived Benefits, Perceived
Compatibility, Service Performance and Interest in Using E-Wallet on OVO and Link Aja Users in the
City of Surabaya. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that there is no
difference in the four variables.
