Abstract

Purchasing decisions can be measured through the factors that influence consumers in making
decisions, one of which is Product Quality, Price and Service Quality. Shopee is a marketplace
that uses pricing, product, and service quality strategies. Shopee sells a variety of adult
clothing, many types and fashions are sold at various prices, most buyers see products based
on the character of the product itself. This study was used to determine the partial and
simultaneous effect of product quality, price and service quality on purchasing decisions on
the Shopee application. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this
study was random Surabaya people who had bought adult clothing products on the Shopee
application. The sample size in this study was 96 respondents. The sampling technique used in
this research is non probability sampling. The results showed that product quality, price and
purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of
consumers who buy adult clothes on the Shopee application in Surabaya.
