Abstract

Intako Cooperative is one of the cooperatives that sells bag and leather handicrafts which has
an outlet in the Tanggulangin area of Sidoarjo. Where in the area there are more and more
similar businesses that are competitors. The level of visits is an important factor so that the
outlet is crowded with visitors who will buy and increase sales. From the results of t-test and
multiple linear regression, Outlet Redesign, Product Design and Promotion are aspects that
affect Visiting Interests at Tanggulangin Cooperative Outlets, Sidoarjo. Outlet redesign can
determine how visitors will feel comfortable when visiting, then Product Design will attract
customers to buy goods according to their needs and desires, as well as Promotions that are
intended to introduce related business. These three things are interrelated and influence the
interest in visiting the Tanggulangin Intako Cooperative, Sidoarjo. Meanwhile, from the results
of the Pearson correlation test, it shows that there is a positive and strong influence between
the variables of Outlet Redesign, Visiting Interest and Promotion on Visiting Interests at the
Tanggulangin Intako Cooperative Sidoarjo as well as the results of the determination test
showing that visiting interest is influenced by these three variables by 72.8 %. The results of
the tests carried out illustrate that it is important to pay attention to the variables of Outlet
Redesign, Product Design and Promotion to increase Visiting Interest in the Tanggulangin
Intako Cooperative Sidoarjo.
