Abstract

The development of the digital world and marketing strategies in Indonesia is growing rapidly. The Line Express freight forwarding service company has started introducing its business through Google Adwords ads since June 2021 which is directed directly to the company's website or website where it contains goods delivery service offers. In this study, the author uses quantitative methods with survey research that uses a questionnaire as an instrument. To process the data from the questionnaires that have been distributed using the SPSS version 25 application. The population in this study were all line 7 express customers in April 2022 and the sample used was a non-probability sampling method of saturated sample or census. and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of google adwords advertising and website quality affect the dependent variable, namely the decision to use online shipping services at line express companies in Surabaya.
