Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between Delivery Order Services at the Mc Donalds and KFC business units, in Mulyosari Surabaya, to determine the differences in Drive Thru Strategy at the Mc Donalds and KFC business units, in Mulyosari Surabaya, to determine the differences in consumer buying interest in the unit. Mc Donalds and KFC businesses, in Mulyosari Surabaya. This type of research uses comparative research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used as many as 96 respondents consisting of 48 respondents Mc Donalds and 48 respondents KFC. The results showed that in the Service Delivery Order variable, the results of the analysis showed that there was no difference in the Delivery Order Service at the Mc Donalds and KFC business units, in Mulyosari Surabaya. then for the Drive Thru Strategy from the results obtained, it can be explained that there is no difference in the Drive Thru Strategy in the Mc Donalds and KFC business units, in Mulyosari Surabaya. Meanwhile, the results obtained on the Consumer Purchase Interest variable, which means that there is no difference in Consumer Buying Interest at Mc Donalds and KFC, in Mulyosari Surabaya.
