Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia can be said to be a community empowerment program because its goals are to help the economy of poor recipient families, the education system, and health. This research which focuses on the empowerment of KPM through PKH assistance and examines the supporting and inhibiting elements of KPM empowerment uses a qualitative research style with a descriptive method. Based on the research findings, PKH facilitators perform facilitation, mediation, and advocacy tasks for PKH KPM in gaining access to resources by empowering KPM through frequent group meetings and changing the perspective of KPM so that KPM can inspire them to do new things that are more valuable. It can be said that the empowerment of KPM through PKH mentoring has been successful, and the effective collaboration between PKH and KPM mentoring has helped empower KPM in Buduran Regency.
