Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Masyarakat Di Desa Sidokare Kecamatan Rejoso Nganjuk

Abstrak

Government employees of Sidokare Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency, in practice when providing services to the local public often take actions that are not in accordance with the SPM. Based on the results of observations and interviews with local people, there were complaints during the administrative service process of the Sidokare Village Government, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency. Examples of cases of this problem are discrimination in making Family Cards (KK), and then often illegal levies that occur. The leadership of the village head here is required to reprimand and give direction to employees to be more responsible in providing community services. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of the leadership of the village head on the effectiveness of community services in Sidokare Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The results of this study indicate that the value of the simple linear regression coefficient is 0.399, and the results of the partial hypothesis test are known that the value of sig t is 0.005. So here, the leadership of the village head has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of community services in Sidokare Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency. The conclusion obtained in the study is that the leadership of the village head affects the effectiveness of community services in Sidokare Village, Rejoso District, Nganjuk Regency.
