Abstract

Ngagelrejo Village is one of the government agencies in Surabaya whose services in the field of government and public services implement an online population service program which is regulated in accordance with Permendagri No. 7 of 2019 concerning Online Population Administration Services. The online population service program was implemented from the beginning of the pandemic which aims to reduce crowds and make it easier for people to get services during the pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research is measured by service effectiveness indicators according to Gibson. The results of this study indicate that the online population service carried out by Ngagelrejo Village in the field of government and public services has been running well. However, it is still not effective because there are still many problems that need to be fixed. The supporting factor is the existence of supporting facilities and infrastructure and competent employees in carrying out their duties. Not only has supporting factors, but also inhibiting factors, namely socialization that is less than optimal and the lack of skilled human resources in online population services.
