Implementasi Pergub Jatim Nomor 60 Tahun 2018 Tentang Tugas Dan Fungsi Di UPTPK Surabaya

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the Implementation of Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2018 concerning the job description and function of the Distribution Goods Supervision Section in the Technical Implementation Unit for Consumer Protection (UPTPK) of the City of Surabaya. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. In this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Implementation of the East Java Provincial Governor Regulation Number 60 of 2018 concerning the job description and function of the Supervision Section for Circulating Goods, Services, Orderly Commerce is less than optimal in its implementation. It is known that some indicators are not met in the Theory of George Edward III namely on indicators; (1) Human resources in implementing the Supervision are less available in the number of workers who are certified in training as supervisory officers for circulating goods and services (PPBJ). (2) Facilities at the Upt Consumer Protection Surabaya City are inadequate.
