Evaluasi Kebijakan Iklan Layanan Masyarakat Terhadap Ketaatan Masyarakat Terkait Covid-19 di Surabaya

Abstract

The Surabaya City Government has implemented various policies to deal with the Covid-19 virus. The policy regarding the Covid-19 pandemic is in the Surabaya Mayor Regulation No. 67 of 2020 and then changed to Surabaya Mayor Regulation No. 10 of 2021. The policies that have been made must be known by all related parties so that the output is optimal. Information dissemination related to the policy was implemented at 22 traffic light points on the protocol road in the city of Surabaya in the form of audio from the Mayor of Surabaya, Eri Cahyadi. The results of the research using this qualitative method describe the facts based on the policy evaluation indicators belonging to Rendall B. Ripley and Grace A. Franklin. Procurement of public advertisements located on protocol roads in Surabaya, so that access is easy and can cover the community on a daily basis. The function of traffic light as a means of road infrastructure and facilities is increasing. The procurement of this policy is in accordance with the main duties and functions of each OPD with the direction of the Surabaya City Level Covid-19 Task Force. Public complaints related to public service advertisements are handled by the Surabaya City Transportation Service as a form of accountability. The public has implemented health protocols since the beginning of the pandemic, so they don't really care about the context of this public service advertisement.
