Implementasi E-Klampid Di Kelurahan Ngagel Rejo Kota Surabaya Untuk Meningkatkan Kemudahan Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan

Abstrak

This research is entitled "Implementation of E-Klampid in Ngagel Rejo Village in Order to Improve the Ease of Population Administration Services". This study aims to find out how the implementation of the E-Klampid program at the Ngagel Rejo Village Office, Surabaya City. This research focuses on system used by the Ngagel Rejo Village in serving the Ngagel Rejo Village community. This research uses implementation theory of George Edwards III and the theory of public service Parasuraman. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the E-Klampid Program at the Ngagel Rejo Village Office has been able to provide benefits, namely in the form of making services easier because it is enough to just arrive in the village, no need to come to the Dispendukcapil. In the kelurahan, there is also no need to spend money, it is faster and energy efficient because there is no need to come many times. The implementation of E-Klampid in increasing the ease of population administration is in accordance with the applicable SOP, and the implementation of E-Klampid has been in accordance with the needs of the community in obtaining ease of population administration services. The implementation of E-Klampid in Ngagel Rejo Village, Surabaya does not have any complications when it is being operated. However, for people who feel that complexity only occurs in people who lack technological knowledge
