Abstract

The new installation procedure is a form of plan related to determining how to act and applicable to future activities. The type of observation used is descriptive qualitative, namely by describing how the procedures for installing new public services for prospective customers at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya City, western region are outlined in the form of sentences and based on facts. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews with employees and prospective customers, observations and other supporting documents or archives. Sources of data obtained based on informants, events or activities, documents and archives. The results of the research show that the new installation service at PDAM Surya Sembada has not been maximized because there are still gaps between fellow service employees related to communication problems that occur in the service process.
