In the current era of modernization, people's needs will continue to increase and demand to get services effectively and efficiently. From these problems, the government of Sidoarjo Regency presents an Android-based and website-based public service innovation, namely the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SiPraja) application. Therefore, this study discusses the implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SiPraja) in Tambak Sumur Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SiPraja) and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the SiPraja application in Tambak Sumur Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with an approach of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are that the implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SiPraja) in Tambak Sumur Village is quite good, this is fundamental from the success factors of implementation, namely size and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementing tendencies, inter-organizational communication, and environmental, social, economic and politics.
