Abstract

Organizational culture is the personality of the organization that influences the way individuals act in the organization. Every organization certainly has its own culture that will affect employee performance. Related to the individual's ability to complete tasks and functions. Here, information related to the influence of organizational culture is lacking and can also affect the success of the Mojokerto City DPRD Secretariat organization. Plus the results of observations show that many employees are often late. Therefore, examining how the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto is very important. The method used is quantitative. The results of the study have an influence on organizational culture on employee performance at the Secretariat of the DPRD Mojokerto City. With sig 0.000<0.005. Then from the correlation analysis of 0.696, plus from the simple regression analysis the constant value (α) was 8.482 and (b) was 0.524. Resulting in the equation Y = 8.482 + 0.524X. And the coefficient of determination is 0.485. The conclusion obtained is that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance because sig 0.000 <0.005, and tcount > t table, namely 5.131>2.048
