Strategi Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak dan Kependudukan (DP3AK) Provinsi Jawa Timur Dalam Perlindungan Korban Kekerasan (Studi Kasus Pada Rumah Aman)

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies adopted by DP3AK Provinsi Jawa Timur in providing protection for victims of violence through the Rumah Aman program and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing protection for victims of violence through the Rumah Aman program. The method used in this research is qualitative which is located in the "Rumah Aman" UPT PPA. Sources of data in this study using primary sources (key informants, observations, and documents) and secondary sources. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, observation, documentation, and literature study. The result of this study is that SOAR analysis in the DP3AK strategy in protecting victims of violence has a positive effect. And there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the strategy. Suggestions arising from this research include increasing socialization of education to the community through MOLIN, in addition to focusing on the existence of persons with disabilities as victims of violence and optimizing existing opportunities to develop a service system in Rumah Aman.
