PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM BANTUAN LANGSUNG TUNAI (BLT) BAGI MASYARAKAT TERDAMPAK COVID- 19 DI DESA MOJOREJO KECAMATAN MODO KABUPATEN LAMONGAN JATIM

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) was achieved or not and the purpose of this program was to help people who have lost their livelihoods and have reduced income to meet their daily needs. The Mojorejo village community who participated in this program were very large, so this research was carried out in terms of confirming the implementation of the distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in Mojorejo Village, Modo sub-district, Lamongan Regency. During the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses the policy theory of Van Meter and Van Horn which has six policy implementation variables. And from the results of the research the BLT program in Mojorejo Village has been going well but there are still obstacles in the implementation of BLT: namely inaccurate data from central and city data.
