IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PEMERINTAH DALAM PENANGANAN COVID 19 (STUDI KASUS TRACING COVID 19 DI KELURAHAN BARATAJAYA KECAMATAN GUBENG KOTA SURABAYA)

Abstract

The Covid 19 Handling Program is one of the policies made by the government to break the chain of virus transmission, both at regional, regional and national scales. Baratajaya Village as the highest policy holder in the village area has offered a program to overcome the Covid 19.This research is a descriptive qualitative research with research subjects including Bartajaya Village, Task Force, and Warga while the object of this research is the Covid 19 handling policy in Baratajaya Village. In this case, researchers focus on the process of tracing Covid patients. To obtain information, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation.Researchers found that the implementation of the Covid 19 Handling Policy in the Baratajaya Village had not run optimally. This was due to several things, including: the occurrence of miscommunication, the attitude of the residents who were less cooperative, and the absence of training for the task force team while working in the field.
