PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM CSR PT JAPFA DENGAN PEMERINTAH KABUPATEN SIDOARJO DALAM PERSPEKTIF COLLABORATIVE GOVERNANCE

Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research that aims to explain the success of the collaboration between the Sidoarjo Regency Government and PT. Japfa in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility program. This research is located in Sidoarjo Regency, in more detail at PT. Japfa and Bappeda of the Sidoajo Regency Government by focusing on describing the collaboration carried out by the Sidoarjo Regency Government with PT. Japfa by looking at the direct impact received by the community from these collaborative activities. This study was built from primary data and secondary data that researchers collected from interview, observation and documentation techniques. The research results show that the collaborative governance process between the Sidoarjo Regency Government and PT. Japfa in implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility program has actually been running because of the form of cooperation between each stakeholder who supports each other. However, there are criteria used to measure the success of collaboration. The collaboration process carried out in the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility program only does not meet the network structure criteria, meaning that out of the eight criteria for collaborative governance success, only one criterion is not met where there is no clear organizational structure in the collaboration network structure between the Sidoarjo district government and PT. Japfa.
