PENGARUH KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DI TINGKAT KELURAHAN TERHADAP GOOD SERVICES ADMINISTRASI PELAYANAN KEPENDUDUKAN (Studi pada Kelurahan Jemurwonosari Surabaya)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Village Level on Good Population Service Administration in Jemurwonosari Village, Surabaya. The research used is quantitative research, and this type of review is descriptive research. The sampling technique applied was simple random sampling, meaning that the sample was determined randomly with a total sample of 90 people. Data collection techniques include documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Regression analysis was applied to analyze the data. The impact of the research proves that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus has a positive effect on the implementation of population services.
