and achieve goals. Floods in Lamongan Regency which occur continuously every year, especially in Kemlagilor Village, Turi District, Lamongan Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showing that the management of flood disaster management in Dusun Brasan is quite good and systematic because in terms of planning that involves the community, organizing according to the abilities of each individual, good direction to the community, and supervision. which is carried out continuously both from the local government and the village government but has not been maximized because the apparatus is still having difficulties in evacuating flood victims and monitoring the arrival of water coming from various other areas. The conclusion obtained in this study is that flood disaster management is good but still not optimal in terms of preventive measures before the flood occurs, namely building permits that still do not exist so that many buildings and houses are erected carelessly so as to reduce water catchment areas and also there are still many people who lack awareness about protecting the environment and littering.
