Service innovation can be said to be successful or good if it gets convenience in service with short, fast, and timely procedures. Success in service innovation is determined by the relevant Agency in the implementation of Service Innovation. In this study using indicators of success in measuring an innovation contained in Rogers theory which consists of Relative Advantage is an innovation that has advantages and more value than the previous pattern, Conformity is an innovation that is compatible or compatible with the innovation being replaced, Complexity is a new innovation that must have a level of complexity, The possibility of trying is an innovation that can be accepted if it is tested and proven to have advantages, Ease of observation is an innovation that can be observed in terms of performance and produces better things. The results of this study indicate that the Innovation of Servers in the use of e-Buddy has been very well done. In the indicators of Relative Advantage, Suitability, Complexity, Possibility to try, Ease of observation, it is in accordance with the needs of each Regional Apparatus Organization of Sidoarjo Regency. The conclusion of this study, the Service Innovation of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Sidoarjo Regency in the use of e-Buddy is very good and efficient. Suggestions from this research are to improve updates to the e-Buddy application to make it better and easier to operate.
