PENGARUH FAKTOR-FAKTOR IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN KAWASAN TANPA ROKOK TERHADAP DISIPLIN MASYARAKAT KAMPUS (STUDI KASUS : UNIVERSITAS 17 AGUSTUS 1945 SURABAYA)

Abstract

This study aims to examine The Influence of Implementation Factors of Non-Smoking Area Policy on Campus Community Discipline). This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data. The sample in this study was 100 campus communities who have a smoking habit. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method and the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26 calculation.The results of this study indicate that the implementation factors of the no-smoking area policy have a significant positive effect on the discipline of the campus community at the University of 17 August 1945, Surabaya. The results of the study support the theory of policy implementation from George Charles Edward III where there are 4 factors, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The coefficient of determination is 0.593 which means that the independent variable has an influence contribution to the dependent variable of 59.3%. The t-test obtained a t-count value of 11.949 > t-table 1.664 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means Ha is accepted (H₀ is rejected).
