Peranan Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Untuk Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pembangunan Fisik di Desa (Studi Kasus di Desa Bidoa, Kec. Nangaroro, Kab. Nagekeo, NTT)

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Office of the Head of Bidoa Village, Nangaroro District, Nagekeo Regency. Bidoa Village itself consists of 4 hamlets namely; Hamlets A, B, C and D. In increasing community participation in physical development in the village, it is necessary to have the role of a very important leader from a village head. The leadership of the Village Head is very influential in increasing community participation in the village in the construction of 2 chapels in Bidoa Village, namely; Fataleke Station and Aegela Station. The purpose of this study was to see the extent to which the leadership role of the village head in increasing community participation in physical development in the village was in the form of; construction of chapels from Aegela and Fataleke stations, Bidoa Village, Nangaroro District, Nagekeo Regency, NTT. The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis technique, namely; by presenting the data obtained from the object under study and finally drawing conclusions from the data obtained. From the results of the data presentation, it can be concluded that the leadership role of the village head in increasing community participation in physical development in Bidoa village has been going well but it is still necessary to increase the role of the village head so that community participation is increasingly visible in all activities carried out in Bidoa village.
