ANALISIS KINERJA PENGAWASAN PADA PEMILIHAN UMUM 2019 (STUDI KASUS BADAN PENGAWAS PEMILIHAN UMUM PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR)

Abstract

In the current research, researchers want to know how the Effectiveness of General Election Supervision in Improving Performance at the East Java Provincial Election Supervisory Agency in the 2019 General ElectionIn this study, qualitative analysis techniques, namely with a research system that is explaining, managing, describing and interpreting the results of the research, are techniques for processing and presenting the data carried out. As an answer to the formulation of this problem, the characteristics, character, and description of conditions and phenomena in the interpretation of the results of research that has been carried out. As for data collection techniques, namely in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The result obtained from this study is that the performance accountability of Bawaslu can be said to be quite good. This can be proven by an increase in the handling of violation cases, a decrease in the number of suspected violation cases, transparency in the implementation of elections, and supporting public participation in case reporting so that the general elections run smoothly enough.
