Pengaruh Digital Skill Terhadap Keamanan Data (Studi Kasus Pada Kepala Keluarga Di Gunung Anyar Jaya Tengah RT 007/ RW 004 Kota Surabaya)

Abstract

Lifestyle support in a very sophisticated digital world is influenced by the entry of the industrial
era 4.0. The emergence of various kinds of applications that support an instant lifestyle has a
significant impact, especially in terms of the security of digital tools and user data. Various
types of application platforms have very strict security features. The achievement of digital
technology, especially the use of the internet in Indonesia itself, is not spared by online crimes
in the form of sabotage, scammers, and hoaxes known as (cybercrime). The type of method in
this research is quantitative with a case study approach. Quantitative research techniques are
used to examine certain populations. The implementation of this research in the city of
Surabaya, precisely in Gunung Anyar Jaya Tengah RT 07/ RW 04, with the target population
of gadget users. This study uses the Elaboration Likehood Model theory, to find out the
influence of digital skills on data security. The results in this study have the effect of digital
skills (variable X) on data security (variable Y) of 24.2%.
