Implementasi Kebijakan Pembangunan Infrastruktur Jalan Di Kabupaten Lamongan

Abstract

Road construction is one of the most important things as the main supporter of economic dynamics and activities, both at the center and in the regions. For this reason, the author examines the existence of road infrastructure in Lamongan Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the implementation of road infrastructure development policies in Lamongan Regency can run effectively and efficiently. By using qualitative methods, it means that the data collected comes from direct observation, interviews, and documentation with the type of qualitative descriptive research through observation to describe and know directly related to the implementation of road infrastructure development policies in Lamongan Regency which is the authority and responsibility of the Lamongan Regency government. The results of the study indicate that there are four factors that influence the successful implementation of road infrastructure development policies in Lamongan Regency, namely: communication factors, adequate resources and play an important role in the successful implementation of policies such as human resources, financial resources and equipment resources, disposition of the employees. policy actors and bureaucratic structures.
