Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of psychological capital, percieved organizational support, and self-ability on job creativity and employee performance. The method used is quantitative which focuses on hypothesis testing. The respondents who were sampled in this study were permanent employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sumenep Regency Branch as many as 84 employees, using saturated sampling techniques. Then, the data analysis technique used is the structural equation model partial least square (SEM-PLS) The findings of this study reveal that psychological capital, percieved organizational support, and self-ability have a positive and significant effect on job creativity and employee performance. In addition, job creativity in this study was also found to be able to influence employee performance positively and significantly.
