The role of collaboration needs to be encouraged with the same goals and interests that every actor can accommodate with an interest in building a tourism village. The development of tourist villages will occur with capital in the form of tourism potential and actors with various competencies. This research is a qualitative study with a literature study approach. The collaboration that is carried out stems from the need and awareness of the process of developing a tourist village that needs to be carried out together. Leadership is required to create a platform that will be used to encourage collaborative processes. However, the practice is not always in line with the theory. Governing a plural society in Indonesia has to face empirical challenges of inequality and social injustice. This paper explores how religious majority privilege still affects the ways of public governance. It exposes the optical illusion phenomena of good public governance in Indonesia by using a social justice approach. The study shows the implementation of good public governance is troubled by various unethical practices by state apparatuses at local as well as national levels. Instead of fostering democratic services that treat people equally without discriminating against their primordial backgrounds, the religious majority identity is repeatedly orchestrated in many ways for individuals or institutional advantages at the cost of religious minorities. The role and function of supervision are needed to monitor, foster, assess, and provide professional guidance to principals, teachers, and education personnel in their target schools. The phenomenon in the field shows a gap in the quality standards of education set by the government and its implementation. No school has met the SNP of the 71 primary schools in Madiun City. This research was conducted because elementary schools in Madiun City do not yet have a quality culture according to the standards set by the government. This study aims to: a. Describe and analyze school management in realizing a quality culture. b. Analyze the factors inhibiting and supporting school management in realizing a quality culture. c. Develop a management model that can encourage a quality culture. The study was conducted qualitatively. The results of the study are as follows; a. The management of elementary schools in Madiun City has met the criteria for quality culture, but at the implementation level, it is not optimal. It can be seen that school management is not optimal, so the quality culture has not been realized as expected by the government. b. Supporting factors, schools are committed to implementing SPMI towards quality cultured schools following applicable regulations, supported by educators and education staff who have the appropriate qualifications. Provisions, a management information system, and the availability of special officers. The inhibiting factor is the low achievement value of implementing curriculum aspects that do not follow the provisions because of the application of local content curriculum aspects. The regulation of learning load based on the form of material deepening is still low, and the implementation of the learning and assessment process is not following the provisions. c. school management model to make school management more effective requires maximum stakeholder involvement through the Development of All Schools.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7680439
Lismawati, Rudi handoko, Rachmawati Novaria Copyright (c) 2023 Global Conference on Social Science https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1981 Fri, 24 Feb 2023 00:00:00 +0000 The Role of Batam City's Manpower Department in the Protection of Migrant Workers in Batam City https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1982
This study examines the role of the Batam City Manpower Office in the protection of migrant workers in the city of Batam, as well as the factors that influence migrant worker protection in the city of Batam. The migration factor reflects the large number of residents from outside the Batam city area who come to work in Batam. Workers from outside of Batam Batam has been designated as an industrial work environment and is supported by BP or the Batam City Concession Agency, according to Presidential Decree No. 113 of 2000 concerning the Batam City Industrial Area. With these regulations and Presidential Decrees, Batam has become an autonomous region, which is now led by the mayor, in accordance with Government Regulation Number 62 of 2019 concerning Batam's Free Trade Zones and Free Ports. The maladministration of unscrupulous migrant worker smugglers in Batam, on the other hand, is documented in a report from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia representing the Riau Islands, who states that there are unscrupulous migrant workers who come from port officials who help in the process of smuggling migrant workers. The PPDB policy implementation through the zoning system is one of the policies for equitable access and educational quality because the principle is to bring educational services closer to the community and equalize educational quality. The existence of these policies creates a classification for specific schools, which are labeled as favorite schools. Using qualitative methods, it has been discovered that in its implementation, zoning indirectly creates gaps through the emergence of terms such as "favorite" and "superior" state schools, while schools without a specific label are abandoned by the community. In contrast, the disparity between the school's capacity and the number of registrants has resulted in some students being unable to enroll in schools with their preferred labels and thus missing out on the opportunity to attend school during the school year.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7680443
Nanda M.T Hatmawati, Aqil Teguh Fathani, Karol Teovani Lodan, Lubna Salsabila Copyright (c) 2023 Global Conference on Social Science https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1983 Fri, 24 Feb 2023 00:00:00 +0000 The Influence of Good Corporate Governance on Company Value in Food and Beverage Subsector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1984
The study was conducted to examine and analyze the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2021. Good tourism is environmentally based and sustainable tourism to maintain the balance of nature. Tourism in Indonesia has become a sector that can be prioritized in facilities and development. In accordance with the policy direction of the National Development Planning Agency, the development of tourism institutions consists of 1) coordinating with universities that provide undergraduate education in the field of tourism; 2) Increasing the capacity and quality of tourism education institutions, expanding departments and demand, build tourism schools; and 3) participate in maintaining the quality of tourism education held by the private sector. Wonokerto Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency is one of the villages that has tourism potential and superior products that are very competitive. One of the tourism potentials in Wonokerto Village is Kucur Aren Tourism. But the problem is that Kucur Aren tourism has not been managed to the maximum by residents, governments, and businessmen. The development program of Kucur Aren Tourism needs to strengthen rural institutions whose goal is to prepare and improve human resources in the development of participatory rural areas. Community participation is needed in managing Kucur Aren Tourism starting from the planning, organizing, briefing, and supervision stages.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7680447
Dida Rahmadanik, Anggraeny Puspaningtyas, Hasan Ismail, Catur Ajeng Kartika Ria Copyright (c) 2023 Global Conference on Social Science https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1985 Fri, 24 Feb 2023 00:00:00 +0000 PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY THROUGH PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE INTEGRATION AND SWOT ANALYSIS https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1986
Product development is one of the keys to a product life cycle in a company. In retail companies, distributors of viral beauty products also have a life cycle center at the age of a viral product that cannot be predicted. So business owners must prepare alternative strategies for development through their internal and external resources through their strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and threats (SWOT). This research was conducted on one of the viral products owned by a beauty product company/store. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and study of company documents. The analysis method uses an internal external SWOT analysis matrix (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). This analysis is used to determine the internal and external potential of the company. The next method of analysis is to use the principle of the product life cycle (PLC). From these 2 SWOT and PLC analyses, several alternative strategies were produced to develop sales as well as control over the viral product life cycle based on the PLC study conducted. This research is focused on companies in the field of beauty products with special cases on products that are viral or rising periodically. Recommendations for further research are to further develop subject projections with a wider range of cases so that they can provide a broader picture as well as strategies.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7680449
Wahyu Eko Prasetyo, Hadiah Fitriyah Copyright (c) 2023 Global Conference on Social Science https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1986 Fri, 24 Feb 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Implementation Communal Settlement Policy For Lapindo Mud Victims Survival Communities In Panggreh Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1987
The Lapindo mud disaster in Sidoarjo Regency has occurred for almost 16 years starting on May 29, 2006, until now. Because students will not always be accompanied when living their lives in the future. Students must be independent, able to take responsibility, perform self-management, self-adjustment, and so on. However, this aspect of independence requires conditioning to grow it to its full potential. In the context of pesantren, this conditioning can be dominantly determined by the kiai’s leadership model. The purpose of this study was to find kiai’s leadership model in fostering the independent spirit of students and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a case study at Al Manshur Bulu Balen Islamic Boarding School, Bojonegoro, East Java. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and focus group discussions. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman technique with steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the kiai leadership model at the Al Manshur Bulu Balen Islamic Boarding School, Bojonegoro, East Java is cultivating the independent spirit of students in the form of a transformational model. This model is expected to be a reference and the basis for developing a leadership model, especially to develop aspects of the independence of students. The findings of the transformational leadership model can also be broad and not specifically about kiai leadership. This model can also be applied in learning with the condition that the goal is to increase student independence. The next results relate to the supporting and inhibiting factors which are discussed in more detail in this study.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7680455
Moh. The principle is to encourage managers, administrators, and education units to improve their performance in providing quality educational services and software to encourage transparency and public accountability. In its implementation, education quality assurance policies must adapt to changes and developments in science and technology and rapid global dynamics. The quality of Indonesian education has not been as expected. Accreditation to BAN-S/M, the development of school quality has not shown an encouraging development in the quality of education. The factor is not that the SNP is of low quality but that the fulfillment and implementation of the SNP have not been running optimally. The objective of this research is to: 1) Describe and analyze the evaluation of quality assurance policies for primary school education in Ponorogo; 2) Examine the factors that encourage and obstruct education quality assurance.; 3) look at the quality and functional education quality assurance model. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data analysis technique used was evaluation. Data were analyzed interactively. Single Program Before After evaluation model with the type of ongoing evaluation (ongoing/concurrent evaluation) carried out when the program is implemented. The criteria for evaluating public policies used are effectiveness, efficiency, evaluation, equity, responsiveness, and accuracy. The results of the study: 1) The quality assurance of elementary school education in Ponorogo has not reached the SNP because there is a reduction in information in the SPMI induction system through the school model. 2) The implementation of education quality assurance in all elementary schools, the commitment to achieve the SNP, and the availability of data-based documents, are supporting factors for quality assurance. The occurrence of a reduction in information has an impact on the availability and ability of resources, quality audits have not worked according to their duties and functions, not all schools have used education quality reports in the preparation of school work plans, and assistance from school supervisors is less than optimal; 3) The education quality assurance model needs to be emphasized on the Span of Control, namely direct subordinates can be led and controlled effectively by a manager, because of human limitations, namely limited time, knowledge, abilities, and attention.

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7680461
Tri Budhi Susilowati, Rudi handoko, Bambang Kusbandrijo Copyright (c) 2023 Global Conference on Social Science https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/1991 Fri, 24 Feb 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Development Of Wurung Crater Tourism Object In Increasing Regional Original Income In Bondowoso Regency, East Java https://conference.untag-sby.ac.id/index.php/gcossfisip/article/view/2009
Regional Original Revenue which is a description of the regional financial potential that controls the elements of regional taxes and levies.
