DIGITALIZATION OF WAGES JOB SEEKERS AND PLACEMENT ON PRODUCTIVITY IN EAST JAVA PROVINCE

Abstract

Digitalization of government policies, especially employment, especially in East Java Province, is very important for employers and workers. The purpose of this study is to discuss the implementation of electronically integrated employment. Online Single Submission (OSS) and Mandatory Employment Reporting (WLK) Online are government policies that utilize internet technology. The impact on determining wages, job seeker competence and worker placement on work productivity in East Java Province. The research method chosen is a quantitative approach. The variables of wages, job seeker competence and worker placement have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The t-value of the wage variable (6.067)> t-table (1.9746) and the F-value (65.117)> F-table (2.68). The conclusion is that the variables of wages, job seeker competency and worker placement partially and significantly have a positive effect. The highest variable that has the greatest influence on work productivity is wages; this indicates the optimal digitalization of employment in the form of OSS and WLK Online.
