Internships are an effective way for students to gain real work experience and develop professional skills.
One way to realize this program is by carrying out internship activities which is one of the programs at the
University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. This article discusses internship activities at Nagesushi. Nagesushi
is a halal Japanese food business in Surabaya, with a focus on the role of warehouse admin and customer
service. This activity is designed so that students gain experience before entering the real world of work.
So it is hoped that students will gain knowledge from the field work practices they have undertaken.
Through practical field work, students will understand the skills and knowledge that need to be developed
and maintained. Through this activity, interns gain a deeper understanding of business operations,
inventory management, and customer service.
